The same uncoated kraft in black. A bold, premium base for white or metallic printing and foil accents.

Full-colour printing built from four inks (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) layered to reproduce a wide range of colour. The standard for artwork with photography, gradients or more than a couple of colours on light surfaces.

Full-colour printing laid over a white base layer so colours stay bright and true on kraft, instead of sinking into the brown or black paper.

Pre-mixed spot inks matched to exact colour codes rather than built from CMYK. Choose Pantone when a brand colour has to look identical on every run.

Full-colour CMYK plus one or more exact-match Pantone inks in the same run. Useful when the design is full colour but a logo or brand colour must hit exactly right.

A flat, non-reflective coating that feels soft to the touch and gives a smooth, refined finish. It's our most popular finish, available on Art Paper only.

A reflective coating that makes colours pop, ideal for high-impact, vibrant designs. Available on Art Paper only.

Kraft outers are supplied uncoated. The natural surface is part of the look, and Art Paper can also be left unlaminated for a raw, matte-paper feel.

A clean, uncoated white lining. This is the standard choice when you want the inside of the cylinder to stay neutral.

An uncoated brown lining that matches a natural kraft exterior for a consistent, all-kraft look inside and out.

An uncoated black lining that pairs naturally with a black kraft or dark-themed exterior.

A food-grade silver foil lining. Popular for cosmetics and food products, it also gives the inside of the cylinder a premium, reflective finish.

A food-grade gold foil lining, which has the same protective, premium finish as silver, in a warmer tone.

A food-grade wax lining. Choosing Wax with no laminate on the outer keeps the whole cylinder compostable, whereas using a laminate finish will affect this.

A metal lid in a gold finish that fits over the tube's rim. It suits darker board colours and richer palettes, and gives the pack a high-end, finished, tactile close.

A metal lid in a silver finish that fits over the tube's rim. It suits lighter board colours and more minimal palettes, and gives the same tactile close as the gold option.

The tube's rim is rolled over during construction, so there's no exposed paper edge. It gives a smooth, rounded finish and a bit more rigidity at the opening.

The rim is left as a clean, straight cut rather than rolled. It gives a more minimal, architectural finish, and can show a contrast edge where the inner and outer board differ.

A flat base disc is glued permanently into the tube. It's the standard construction for most packs and isn't designed to be opened or removed.

A base insert pushes up from underneath instead of lifting off. It's built for products that dispense from the base, like balms or solid sticks, rather than packs opened and reclosed from the top.

A metallic foil stamped onto specific parts of your design. Gold and silver are the standard options. Tell us if you want another foil colour and we'll confirm it's achievable for your stock and run size.

A raised detail pressed into the paper from behind, no ink required. Lifts a logo or wordmark off the surface so it catches the light.

A recessed detail pressed into the paper. It sits into the surface rather than off it, for a quieter, tactile texture.

A gloss varnish applied to selected parts of the design while the rest of the cylinder stays matte or uncoated. A subtle way to draw the eye to a logo or detail.

A foam insert that cushions and holds your product in place. It works well for fragile or irregularly shaped items inside a three-piece cylinder.

A lighter paper liner that cushions and presents the product inside the cylinder. A simple, lower-cost option when you don't need the extra protection of foam.

Small holes cut into the lid let the cylinder dispense salts, rubs or powders directly. Works well for spice blends and bath products.

A cut-out section through the tube wall, for example to reveal the product inside or create a handle or viewing window. Tell us the shape, size and placement you're after.
