Accept and send your artwork
Accept your quote and send through your artwork. We'll take it from there. Our team is here to help with design and dieline support if you need it.

Review your artwork & approve it
Review your final digital proof and give us the green light to start production. You can also order a material sample to ensure the quality meets your expectations.
Step 5
Production starts
Our trusted production partners will bring your design to life, applying it to your chosen packaging with precision and care. Once printed, your packaging will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping.
Step 6
Packaging ships
Your completed packaging will be loaded into our shipping container and dispatched. If you need your order quickly, ask us about airfreight.
Step 7
Delivery to your chosen address
As soon as the container arrives at our Melbourne warehouse, we’ll unpack your order and arrange delivery straight to your business address.

Every option, explained
Structures, finishes and features can start to blur together. Here's what each one means, so you always know exactly what you're choosing for your stand up pouch.
shape
Regular
The classic tall, slim pouch, our standard shape for each size.
Square
A shorter, wider pouch with the same gusset, for a squat, modern look that sits well on a shelf.
bag structure
Standard
Our highest performing pouch and the gold standard for protecting your product: a multi-layer laminate with a metallised barrier that keeps out light, air and moisture. Offers every finish. Because it combines different materials, it isn't recyclable.
Mono Material
Every layer is made from the same family of plastic (PE), so the pouch is designed to be recycled through soft plastics recycling where it's available. Available in film finishes, not kraft. Can also be made with certified post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, with the same barrier performance.
Mono Material - High Barrier
A mono material pouch with an added EVOH barrier for products that need extra protection from oxygen, like coffee and snacks. Can also be made with certified post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, with the same barrier performance.
Compostable
Made from plant-based films, designed to break down in commercial composting. Available with a kraft paper face or a matte finish.
Compostable - High Barrier
A compostable pouch with a higher barrier for products that need a longer shelf life. Available with a kraft paper face.
PCR
Post-consumer recycled content. Mono Material pouches can be made with 30% or 60% certified recycled content in the films, with the same barrier performance.

Matte
A soft, low-sheen finish that looks premium and keeps glare down on the shelf.
Kraft
A real paper face in natural brown, white or black, for a natural, earthy look and feel.
Gloss
A bright, reflective finish that makes colours pop.
Soft Touch
A velvety, almost rubbery feel that invites customers to pick the pouch up.
Rough Touch
A textured finish with a tactile, paper-like grip.
Clear
A fully see-through pouch that puts your product on show. Leave it plain or print on it with any method.
Frosted
A translucent, softly frosted film that hints at the product inside. Prints in CMYK or can be left plain.
Metallic accents
A silver shine from the metallic layer inside the pouch, showing through wherever your artwork leaves it unprinted, so you decide where it appears. Print a translucent colour over it to tint it (yellow over silver reads as gold). Standard pouchs only, best on Gloss, and not with a window or on kraft (a kraft bag gets its shine from a foil accent).
Holographic
A rainbow shimmer that shifts as the pouch moves, showing through the unprinted areas of your design. Standard pouchs only, and not with a window.
features
Standard zip
A press-to-close zip so customers can reseal the pouch and keep the product fresh. Included as standard.
No zip
This pouch comes zip free and can be sealed with a heat sealer. Perfect for products that will only be opened once and used immediately.
Tear notch
A small notch at the top of the pouch so it tears open cleanly by hand. Included as standard.
Degassing valve
A one-way valve that lets gases out without letting air in, essential for freshly roasted coffee. Choose a compostable or mono material valve to match your structure.
Window
A clear panel that lets customers see the product inside.
Hang hole
A punched hole at the top of the pouch so it can hang from a retail hook.
Foil
A metallic or holographic foil accent on part of your design, such as your logo. Available on Standard pouches; a foil layer would stop a mono material or compostable pouch being either.
Spot gloss
A glossy highlight on selected areas of your design, standing out against a matte, soft touch or rough touch finish. Not available on gloss, clear, frosted or kraft pouches.
