Create and submit your artwork

Review your artwork & approve it

Review your final digital proof and give us the green light to start production. You can also order a material sample to ensure the quality meets your expectations.

Step 5

Production starts

Our trusted production partners will bring your design to life, applying it to your chosen packaging with precision and care. Once printed, your packaging will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping.

Step 6

Packaging ships

Your completed packaging will be loaded into our shipping container and dispatched. If you need your order quickly, ask us about airfreight.

Step 7

Delivery to your chosen address

Once your packaging arrives at our Melbourne warehouse, we'll swiftly unload and deliver it to your business address.

How do I get a quote for custom boxes?

Simply fill out our enquiry form and provide us with details like size, quantity, and printing requirements, and we’ll send you a quote.

What is the cost per unit?

Pricing depends on factors like box size, material, print complexity, additions like magnetic closures, drawers and folds and order quantity. Larger orders usually get better per-unit pricing.

Can you produce any kind of box?

Yes! We can produce almost every conceivable type of box; we can talk you through the different types available based on your product packaging requirements.

What are your MOQs?

MOQs for box printing start at 250 units per unique design.

How long does production take?

Lead times on custom-printed boxes vary based on the type of box and order quantity. Express options start from 4-6 weeks whereas standard delivery is approximately 10-12 weeks (inc. shipping) from when artwork is submitted. If you have a tight deadline, let us know, and we’ll see what’s possible!

Do you offer eco-friendly or compostable options?

Yes! We have a range of sustainable packaging options, including compostable (non-laminated) and recyclable.

What materials do you use for custom boxes?

We offer various materials such as matte, gloss, kraft paper and foil. We can produce these in different board weights. We can achieve almost any kind of exterior and help you choose the best option based on your product’s needs.

Can you print my logo and branding on the boxes?

Of course! Custom printing is the best way to showcase your branding, just let us know your design requirements. Our Design Services team can also help you bring your vision to life.

Do you offer Design Services?

We do! Our highly skilled design team, led by our Creative Director, can help you design irresistible packaging that showcases your products to perfection.

How many colours and effects can I print on my packaging?

Digital and offset printing allows for full-colour designs, or PMS colours, plus you can add special effects like gold foiling, holographic, UV spot-gloss vanishes as well as embossing and debossing.

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

Yes, samples can be done as part of the process when an order is placed time permitting. If you need a sample before deciding, that’s also possible. There is a small charge to do so. We offer samples of previous jobs so you can check the quality and feel of our packaging before committing to a full order.

Can I include an insert to protect my product?

You can. We can help you with an EVA (foam) insert to hold your products snugly, or a cardboard insert (which can be printed) if you are looking for a more sustainable option.

Do you offer mockups or digital proofs of my job?

Yes! We provide digital proofs for approval before production to ensure everything looks perfect. You can also opt to receive a physical sample of your box, charges apply.

Are the boxes food-grade?

They can be yes! We’ll chat through the options for this during the enquiry process. We can also do special coatings internally for frozen food products.

Do you offer standard sizes, or can I create a custom size?

We offer both! Our standard sizes from our stock range can be matched, while custom sizing will allow for a perfect fit for your product.

Can I add special features like inserts, magnetic clasps, drawers or special folds?

You certainly can! We can include all these, just let us know what you need, and we can make it happen.

Do you do box sleeves?

We do. These can sometimes be useful if you want to design a generic box with different outers. We can include these sleeves as part of your quote.

Can I add special finishes like embossing or foil to my boxes?

Yes! We offer various finishing options, including embossing, debossing, foil stamping, matte/gloss coatings, holographics and more. Let us know your vision, and we’ll guide you through the best choices.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can arrange international shipping. Shipping costs and times will depend on your location and order size.

Can I reorder the same packaging in the future?

Of course! If you’ve ordered with us before, we can quickly process reorders to ensure consistency in your packaging.
